LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE POSITIONS IN THE SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY REGIONAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITS FUND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, 20.5 et seq. that the Southern New Jersey Regional Employee Benefits Fund shall use the "Fair and Open Process" in awarding contracts for those services/positions set forth more fully below, and hereby solicits qualifications in the form of resumes and letter applications for the below listed services/ positions of the Southern New Jersey Regional Employee Benefits Fund. Responses shall be submitted to the Southern New Jersey Regional Employee Benefits Fund Administrator at Park 80 West, Plaza One, Saddle Brook, New Jersey 07663 and shall include documentation showing qualifications and compliance with criteria set forth by the Southern New Jersey Regional Employee Benefits Fund and by State Statute. All qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Southern New Jersey Regional Employee Benefits Fund's Administrator to be received no later than the deadline listed for the desired position below.
